Palm Sunday: Luke 19:28-40

Bishop Cliff reflects on Jesus and his entry into Jerusalem. The crowd hoped Jesus would establish a new Jewish state and expel Roman occupiers, but Jesus aimed for a kingdom of peace and healing, not the worldly power they desired. Disappointed, they would soon call for his crucifixion.
